Customers often ask what our return policy is. We will accept returns on stock parts only. Custom and special orders are not returnable or refundable.  All CGM merchandise is warranted to be free from any defect in materials and workmanship.  It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise carefully before use.  Any returns must be made before the product has been used or altered in any manner.  Credit, repair, or replacement of goods is predicated upon CGM's inspection of the merchandise in question.

 

We will not accept returns on racing or performance parts due to the nature of their use. Although, you will always have the option of asking us to give any engines we build for you a test run before shipping. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we would like to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds will be issued for returns made within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
